House of Ride provides services for the global rhythm indoor cycling community, including:
- On-demand training for indoor cycling coaches

4. Accounts & Access
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login details secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You may not share your account with others.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Payment terms depend on your selected option and may include:
- One-time payments
- Multiple payments terms
- Subscription-based memberships
Charges will be made via the payment method you provide.
We reserve the right to change pricing or offerings with reasonable notice.
6. Refund Policy
Digital Products & Memberships
Due to immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds for memberships or digital purchases, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Events & In-Person Training
- All event and training purchases are non-refundable
- You may transfer your ticket to another person
- You are responsible for finding a replacement (e.g., via a waitlist or your own network)
- House of Ride does not assist in finding replacements
- If no replacement is found, no refund will be issued
7. Event Terms & Conditions
Photography and Recording
Attendees may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during events. By attending, you grant House of Ride the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such media for promotional and marketing purposes.
Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including but not limited to the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury, or other harm.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Ride shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with attendance at an event.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to modify event schedules, venues, instructors, or other event details. Any such changes will be communicated through our official channels.
8. Platform Use & Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Share your account with others
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content
- Upload viruses, spam, or harmful material
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials—including videos, images, branding, and guides—are the property of House of Ride or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. Community Guidelines
We aim to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. By participating in our community, you agree to:
- Treat others with respect
- Avoid harassment, bullying, or hate speech
- Not promote external brands or businesses without permission
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the community and/or platform.
11. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
House of Ride provides general fitness and wellness content. We are not medical professionals. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.
Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Participation in any of our training is voluntary and at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Ride, its employees, instructors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from participation in our Services
- Loss of data, income, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Failures of third-party providers
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
13. Third-Party Services
We use third-party platforms (such as Thinkific and Wetravel) to deliver content and process transactions.
By using our Services, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
