“You can create the life you want, but only if you are bold and willing to take risks.”

Originally from Amsterdam, Felicia now leads one of Europe’s most respected rhythm cycling teams in Brussels.

As a business owner and new mother, she’s the strongest she’s ever been, leading riders into higher physical power, confidence, and resilience too. She’s widely respected as a leading European voice continually elevating athleticism in rhythm cycling whilst remembering that, at the end of the day, we teach real classes to real people.

Advanced choreography, leadership through cueing, studio scaling

Harry FrenchCo-Founder & Co-CEO

  • Lisbon, Portugal
  • 8 years of experience

“I’m ready to hold the mantle of leadership.”

Harry never felt welcome in sports as a child, but rhythm cycling became an unexpected outlet as a young adult. After experiencing the dark side of the industry during the pandemic, he vowed to become a voice for positive change.

Simplicity and energy are Harry’s superpowers. By alchemising stripped back choreography and endurance programming with music mixing, breathwork, and collective energy, he creates trance-like experiences on the bike.

As a businessman and industry leader, he deeply respects the power of rhythm cycling for riders and coaches at all levels.

Musicality, motivational speaking, endurance training, creative business strategy

Mel GutiérrezSenior Master Trainer

  • Guadalajara, Mexico
  • 9 years of experience

“My purpose is to offer intelligent, functional training without ever losing sight of the emotional experience.”

Movement and music defines Mel’s entire life, but when the collective experience of indoor cycling became an integral tool in overcoming mental health challenges, she found a new sense of belonging in something much bigger than herself.

A forward thinking change-maker, Mel’s passion to unlock the body’s power equally respects movement science and mental power.

Alvin MorosSenior Master Trainer

  • London, UK
  • 8 years experience

“Indoor cycling can be both a physical and transformative experience, and I respect the impact we can have as coaches.”

As Alvin started to explore work beyond his dancing career, he soon became hooked on rhythm cycling, a movement modality with just as much depth, impact, and potential.

His goal is to innovate, expand access to new coaches, and educate coaches hungry for knowledge, clarity, and integrity in their practice. His unique blend of creativity, musical understanding, and sports science training ensures purposeful, intelligent, and emotionally engaging rides and an engaging ability to educate and uplift coaches.

Nikki van der VaartMaster Trainer

  • Amsterdam, the Netherlands
  • 5 years of experience

“Rhythm cycling changed the trajectory of my life. Now I pass on that gift to others.”

Nikki craved a practice that made her both physically and mentally stronger. Rhythm cycling did just that. She deeply respects how it can help people to fall in love with themselves, and that’s what she preaches in class.

As a natural hype girl with a penchant for knowledge, Nikki brings the sass and science in equal measures.
